		<description>Hey,  Just a observation (just joined), you&#039;ll see I teach yoga.  In the yoga community it&#039;s big to make chai from scratch.  I noticed that neither blend in &quot;from our anise..&quot; had cardamon.  That to me is the quintesential chai flavor (no anise, or ginger)clove, blk pepper, and cinnamon-heavy on the spice, add assam @ the end w/steamed milk, and...drum roll plz. real maple syrup.  It&#039;s good for parties-you need no air freshener.
