One of my blog readers sent me a link to this very interesting looking toothpaste kit, which currently appears to be on sale for $8.00 at Neiman Marcus. Here’s the description from their site:
Satisfy your taste for the exotic with this unique toothpaste kit that cleans teeth and helps prevent plaque buildup—featuring delicious flavors of tropical pineapple and cinnamon.
• Contains Green Tea, Indian Curry, Tropical Pineapple, Darjeeling Tea and Cinnamon flavors.
• Contains Xylitol, a unique additive that effectively prevents plaque buildup and tooth decay.
• Gentle formula has no synthetic agents.
• Unique formula is ideal for electric toothbrushes.
• All in a perfectly portable box.
• Imported.
Pretty interesting! Has anyone tried this crazy assortment of toothpastes? I enjoy Crest’s Cinnamon variety, but have never tried a tea-flavored paste.
Do you like to travel with your tea and also use multiple infusions? This product is neat find that Joe sent my way a couple months ago, and as I’m hoping to dabble in the world of multiple infusions, I’m looking into picking one up:
Do you watch our show through iTunes? If so, you may notice that you are unable to watch our TeaTodays and other smaller videos (promos, etc.) through the main STeaP subscription.
For iTunes-watchers, we’ve created a special feed called “STeaP Supplemental,” which will include TeaTodays, special viewer videos (send us an email if you’d like your special video featured!), and Masto’s Does It Go With Tea? (DIGWT) series. You can view the type of videos that will be on this feed at: http://steap-supplemental.blip.tv/
If it looks like something you want on your iPod or iPhone, then click here and subscribe!
Click the exciting picture for a ridiculous promotional clip created while filming our upcoming episode, “Battle of the Dragons.” It’s quite titillating and such. Stay tuned for the actually episode release on Monday!
I have samples to give away of the Mighty Leaf Green Tea Tropical tea that we will be sampling in an episode that will airing the last Monday in February. First several people to email me at brandice@steaptv.com are going to get a sample in the mail in time to drink this tea along with us on the 25th!
Hop to it! :) Offer ends when I am out of supplies, and thanks to Mighty Leaf for providing generous samples.
We switched the iTunes feed this morning to point to blip.tv’s feed. You won’t have to do anything for this move, but if you see any problems with the feed or your ability to download the show through iTunes, let us know in the comments. Everything’s looking okay so far though.
Joe and Brandice bring you two love-themed teas for Valentines Day, trying Tea Frog’s Love Flavored Rooibos (boiling water, 5 min. steep) and then the Chocolate & Ginger Spice (boiling water, 6 min. steep). To order these teas and try them for yourself, visit Tea Frog’s website and use the promotional code “steaptv” to receive a 10% discount on any purchase.

STeaP has created a CafePress store for those of you who want to proudly display your support of our tea-liscious podcast. Stickers, mugs, teddy bears, and even yard signs are available for the purchasing here.
Keep an eye out in the upcoming weeks for the appearance of apparel as well. We’ll be releasing a set of spiffy STeaP gear in the next week or two so that you can proudly wear our logo to your local tea rooms (or anywhere else, really). :)
