Hi Brandi! I'm not sure how old this video is, but I just stumbled across it. I've been thinking about making Kombucha, but then I saw that Yogi carried bags for brewing. My hesitation with making it myself is you need a pretty sterile environment. If not, there's a good chance that any type of contamination during the brewing process could make you sick. Anyway, I hope that you record the process if you do decide to make it yourself!
